この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、りふどん（以下、「当方」といいます。）が提供する「筋トレコード」および関連アプリ・Webサービス（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of "KintoRecord" and related applications/web services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by RifuDone (hereinafter referred to as "we").

本サービスは、「HabitHubアカウント」により複数のアプリ・サービス間でログイン情報を共有することがあります。ユーザーはこの共通アカウントに基づくデータ共有に同意したうえで、本サービスを利用するものとします。
The Service may share login information across multiple apps and services through the "HabitHub Account." Users agree to use the Service after consenting to data sharing based on this shared account.

本サービスは、広告表示および一部有料機能を提供します。課金は各プラットフォーム（Google Play・App Store等）の規約に従って行われます。
The Service provides advertisements and some paid features. Billing is conducted according to the terms of each platform (e.g., Google Play, App Store).
トレーニング記録データはすべて端末内にのみ保存されます。データのバックアップおよび管理はユーザー自身の責任において行ってください。端末の紛失・初期化等によるデータ消失については当方は責任を負いません。
All training record data is stored only on the user's device. Users are responsible for backing up and managing their own data. We are not liable for data loss due to device loss, factory reset, or similar events.
ユーザーは、本アプリのCSVエクスポート機能を使用してトレーニングデータをファイルに出力できます。出力されたファイルの取り扱いおよび共有はユーザー本人の責任において行うものとします。
Users can export their training data to a file using the CSV export feature. The handling and sharing of exported files is the sole responsibility of the user.
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the legitimate rights holders.
本サービスの内容・動作・安全性について、当方は一切の保証を行いません。また、利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
We make no warranty regarding the content, operation, or safety of the Service. We also assume no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
本規約に違反したユーザーには、予告なく利用停止等の措置をとる場合があります。
Users who violate these Terms may be subject to measures such as suspension of use without prior notice.
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の本規約は、Webサイトまたはアプリ上に表示された時点で効力を生じます。
We may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms will take effect when displayed on the website or in the app.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は水戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute, the Mito District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
