この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、りふどん（以下、「当方」といいます。）が提供する「筋トレコード」（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of "KintoRecord" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by RifuDone (hereinafter referred to as "we").
本規約は、ユーザーと当方の間の本サービス利用に関する一切に適用されます。
These Terms apply to all aspects of the Service usage between users and us.
現在一般公開している本サービスは Web 版です。Android / iOS アプリなどの追加提供は、準備が整い次第、別途ご案内します。
The version of the Service currently available to the public is the web version. Additional releases such as Android and iOS apps will be announced separately when ready.
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

現在一般公開している Web 版では、広告配信、アクセス解析、会員認証のための外部サービスを一般公開機能として使用していません。将来これらを導入する場合は、利用規約および関連ページを更新します。
The currently public web version does not use third-party services for advertising, analytics, or account authentication as part of the general public release. If these are introduced in the future, the Terms and related pages will be updated.
本サービスには、将来的に有料機能、エクスポート機能、モバイルアプリ版などの追加機能が導入される場合があります。これらの提供条件が必要となる場合は、別途本規約または関連ページにて告知します。
The Service may add optional features in the future, such as paid features, export capabilities, or mobile app releases. If separate conditions become necessary for those features, they will be announced in these Terms or on related pages.
本サービスの会員登録機能は、Habithub で利用される認証基盤と共通のアカウントを使用する場合があります。ユーザーが本サービスで登録またはログインしたアカウントは、Habithub 側でも同一の認証情報として利用されることがあります。
The member registration feature of the Service may use an account shared with the authentication platform used by Habithub. An account that a user registers or signs in with on the Service may also be used as the same authentication credential on Habithub.
この共通アカウントに関する登録、ログイン、削除などの認証処理は、当方が管理する関連サービス間で連携される場合があります。アカウントを削除した場合、本サービスだけでなく Habithub 側でも同じ認証情報が利用できなくなることがあります。
Authentication operations related to this shared account, such as registration, sign-in, and deletion, may be coordinated across related services operated by us. If the account is deleted, the same credentials may become unavailable not only for the Service but also for Habithub.
現在公開している Web 版のトレーニング記録データは、利用中のブラウザや端末内に保存されます。ブラウザ保存領域の削除、端末変更、初期化などに伴うデータ消失については、当方は責任を負いません。
Training record data in the currently public web version is stored in the browser or on the device the user is using. We are not liable for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, changing devices, resets, or similar events.
CSV エクスポートなどの拡張機能は、今後のアップデートで提供される場合があります。提供開始後、ユーザーが出力したファイルの取り扱いおよび共有は、ユーザー本人の責任において行うものとします。
Extended features such as CSV export may be provided in future updates. Once available, the handling and sharing of files exported by the user will be the user's own responsibility.
本サービスに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the legitimate rights holders.
本サービスの内容・動作・安全性について、当方は一切の保証を行いません。また、利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
We make no warranty regarding the content, operation, or safety of the Service. We also assume no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
本規約に違反したユーザーには、予告なく利用停止等の措置をとる場合があります。
Users who violate these Terms may be subject to measures such as suspension of use without prior notice.
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の本規約は、Webサイトまたはアプリ上に表示された時点で効力を生じます。
We may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms will take effect when displayed on the website or in the app.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、紛争が生じた場合は水戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of a dispute, the Mito District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
